From the Directors down our organisation is made up of experienced insurance professionals. Whilst adept at all classes of commercial insurance we have carved out a real niche in the construction sector. We now arrange insurance for over 750 construction firms across the UK. These firms range in size from sole traders to major players. No area of the construction sector is beyond our experience and clients range from civils, building and fit out trades to roofing, scaffolding, demolition and asbestos firms.

It's tough times for all and as employers and main contractors become more demanding our clients are not only grateful for keeping their costs down but for the help and advice we provide. Our clients are being asked more and more to arrange or increase their PI Insurance or extend their PL cover, arrange a performance or retention bond, provide insurance backed guarantees’ or credit insurance etc. We can help with all of these things and more and with the minimum of fuss deliver on time at a fair price.

As we continue to grow we are able to develop exclusive schemes and facilities not only reducing costs but improving even more the level of service we can provide. How often have you had to wait weeks or even months for your Policy documents? At BQI many of our facilities allow us to send your new business or renewal paperwork out to you the minute you agree to the deal along with the usual confirmation letters that you have to provide to your customers and clients.

Again technology advances are allowing us to develop login areas to our website where you can quickly access copy documents, insurance confirmations and more. We also hope to add an interactive client map so that you can reference our client base in the UK. Recently we have also been developing a forum for clients to discuss and share ideas and initiatives.

Specialist is an overused word in insurance but in this case we know we have the edge and we are eager to demonstrate it.
