Ian joined us from AON where he worked for 7 years. Bringing with him a detailed insight of how a major corporate insurance broker services its clients Ian is a great asset to the team and the customers he looks after. Ian also looks after client claims which are all managed within the Client Services department.

Kes Outhwaite
Head of Financial Services
Kes Outhwaite has worked within the Financial Services arena for the past five years and joins BQI Group to head up the development of BQI Financial. Kes is able to advise and arrange a multitude of financial protection products as well as commercial and residential mortgages.

Neil is responsible for the renewal cycle of almost all our business. Driving a new team from our London office to the most exacting of standards Neil ensures the customers are satisfied and continue to renew with us year on year.

Heather manages our Sales Team and monitors dealings with all potential new clients. Whilst ensuring that we are identifying our new Clients requirements Heather is also developing our Insurer relationships so that we can secure the best possible proposals for you the Client.
