Formed in just 2006 the company has grown from 2 founding directors to more than 20 employees in 3 locations across the UK. We now insure well in excess of 1,000 clients from small start up enterprises to major players in the UK construction sector. From day one there have been 2 essential principles that the business has been founded on;
1. Understand the clients business and listen to their requirements.
This understanding allows us to select the right Insurer for the job and really sell your business to them. Your broker buys Insurance on your behalf, the better equipped they are to do this the less you will pay.
2. Provide the best service possible.
This is a service industry after all and if you don’t make a claim then on the face of it you are paying money for a few pieces of paper. At the very least you should expect to deal with familiar faces, that your calls are answered and responded to quickly and professionally, that your service isn’t outsourced or dealt with by unskilled people and you absolutely never have to navigate a push button service.

Of course it’s not quite that simple.
